Rockets Box Lacrosse provides players with the opportunity to compete in high-level box lacrosse throughout the winter season.
Our program is focused on providing players with a true box lacrosse experience while developing skills that translate directly to the field game — playing in tight spaces, quick decision-making, stick skills, physicality, two-man game concepts, and overall lacrosse IQ.
TRYOUT INFORMATION
Players will have two opportunities to try out for the 2026–27 Rockets Box Lacrosse season.
WAVE 1 — FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 25
Location: Inman Sports Complex

Tryout Fee: $45 per player
6:00–7:00 PM
7:00–8:00 PM
8:00–9:00 PM
WAVE 2 — FRIDAY, OCTOBER 2
Location: Inline Morristown
Tryout Fee: $45 per player
6:00–7:00 PM
7:00–8:00 PM
2026–27 ROCKETS BOX SEASON
Season: December through mid-February
PRACTICE SCHEDULE
Grades 3–6: Tuesdays at Inline Morristown
Grades 7–12: Thursdays at Inline Morristown
COMPETITION SCHEDULE
Rockets teams will compete in the Patriot Box League on Sunday afternoons throughout the winter season out of Inline Morristown
Teams will also compete in two of the following three weekends, with events including:
- Battle in the Barn North of the Border Tournament — Old Bethpage, NY
- Connecticut Box Championships — Glastonbury, CT
- Philadelphia Box Championships — Hatfield, PA
Our goal is to give players meaningful box lacrosse reps throughout the winter while competing against strong programs from across the region.
